Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before booking. Still unsure? Call or WhatsApp us.
How do I book an RO service?
Call or WhatsApp us, or fill the short booking form on this website. Our team confirms your slot on call and a technician from your city visits your home.
Which cities do you serve?
We currently provide doorstep RO service in Pilibhit, Bareilly, Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad. Our head office is in Civil Lines, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh.
Do you repair all brands of water purifiers?
Yes. We are an independent multi-brand service provider and work on Kent, Aquaguard, Pureit, Livpure, A. O. Smith, Blue Star, Havells and most other brands, as well as local and assembled purifiers. We are not an authorised service centre of any brand.
How much does an RO service cost?
Charges depend on your purifier model and the work needed. Our technician checks the purifier, explains the problem and tells you the exact charge before starting. You pay only after the work is done. Call or WhatsApp for a free quote.
How soon can a technician come?
Most bookings made before afternoon are attended the same day, subject to technician availability in your area. You can also choose a convenient time slot.
Is there a warranty on the service?
Yes. Repairs carry a service warranty and spare parts carry the warranty stated on your bill. Please see our Warranty Policy page for full details.
How often should I service my RO?
Every 3 to 6 months. If your input water has high TDS, iron or hardness — common in borewell water — every 3 months is safer.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cash and bank transfer. You always receive a bill for the work done and the parts used.
How much does RO repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the part needed. Our technician diagnoses the purifier, explains the problem and tells you the exact charge before starting. Nothing is replaced without your approval — call or WhatsApp us for a quick quote.
Can you repair my RO on the same day?
In most cases yes. Our technicians carry common spares (pumps, SMPS, valves, filters, connectors) so the repair is usually completed in a single visit.
My RO keeps running and never stops. What is wrong?
This is usually a faulty float switch, high-pressure switch or a leaking non-return valve. It wastes water and wears out the pump, so it should be checked soon.
How often should an RO be serviced?
Every 3 months if your input water has high TDS (above 500) and every 6 months otherwise. Families using more than 20 litres a day should service more often.
Does service include filter change?
A general service includes cleaning, sanitisation and calibration. Filters and membrane are replaced only if they are actually due, and you approve the cost first.
Do you install purifiers bought online?
Yes. We install purifiers of every brand bought from any store or website. Keep the box and accessories ready.
What if my water pressure is low?
If the incoming pressure is too low for the membrane, we will tell you and suggest a booster pump so the purifier works correctly.
Can you reinstall in another city?
Yes, if the new address is in one of our service cities — Pilibhit, Bareilly, Delhi, Pune or Hyderabad — our local team there will reinstall it.
How often should RO filters be changed?
Sediment filter every 3–6 months, carbon filters every 6–12 months, depending on how dirty the input water is and how much water you use.
Do you use original spares?
We use quality spares that match your purifier model. Brand-original spares can be arranged on request where available; the price is told before fitting.
How long does an RO membrane last?
Usually 1–2 years. In areas with very hard water or high TDS (common in parts of Delhi and Hyderabad) it can be shorter if the pre-filters are not changed on time.
Which brands do AMC plans cover?
All major brands and assembled / local purifiers. The plan price depends on the model and the input water quality, which we confirm before activating the plan.
Is AMC available for offices and commercial RO?
Yes. Commercial and office AMC is quoted separately based on the plant capacity and number of units.
Which capacities do you service?
From small 25–50 LPH units for offices up to 2000+ LPH plants. Large industrial sites are inspected first and quoted after the survey.
Does a softener make water drinkable?
No. A softener only removes hardness. For drinking water you still need an RO or RO+UV purifier.
Do you service RO + cooler combo units?
Yes, we service combined RO-cooler units used in offices, schools and shops.
Should I switch from UV to RO?
Only if your input TDS is high. We test your water for free during the visit and tell you honestly whether RO is needed.
What TDS is good for drinking?
As per BIS IS 10500, up to 500 mg/L is acceptable. Many people prefer 50–150 mg/L for taste. Very low TDS (below 50) is not recommended — a mineral cartridge or TDS controller helps.
