These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of roindiaservice.com and the water purifier services provided by RO India Service, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh ("we", "us"). By using the website or booking a service you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide doorstep repair, servicing, installation, uninstallation, filter and membrane replacement and annual maintenance of RO, UV, UF and other water purifiers, water softeners, coolers and commercial RO plants in Pilibhit, Bareilly, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad and nearby areas, subject to technician availability.
2. Independent service provider
RO India Service is an independent, multi-brand water purifier service provider. We are not an authorised service centre of, and are not affiliated with, any purifier manufacturer. Brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate the products we can service. Servicing by a third party may affect a manufacturer's warranty; if your product is under manufacturer warranty, please check with the manufacturer first.
3. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it by call or message.
- You must provide accurate name, phone number and address and ensure an adult is present during the visit.
- Visit times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather or earlier jobs. We will inform you of delays.
4. Prices and payment
- Charges depend on the model, the fault and the parts needed, and are told to you before any work starts.
- The technician will tell you the price of any spare part before fitting it. No part is replaced without your approval.
- A visit / inspection charge applies if you decline the repair after diagnosis.
- Payment is due on completion by UPI, cash or bank transfer. You will receive a bill. Applicable taxes are shown on the bill.
- We never ask for OTPs, card PINs or passwords. Pay only to the official payment details shared by our team.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the purifier, a working power socket and a water supply.
- Do not tamper with the work done or let unqualified persons repair the purifier during the warranty period.
- Follow the usage and maintenance advice given by the technician.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing defects, damage caused by water quality, power fluctuations, misuse, or work done by others.
9. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its security, upload malicious code, scrape it at scale or misuse its forms. Content, design, logo and text on this website belong to RO India Service and may not be copied without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, courts at Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
