Periodic RO service with tank sanitisation, filter flush, TDS calibration and a full health check of your purifier.

About this service

Even a working purifier needs a service every 3–6 months. Sediment builds up in the pre-filter, bacteria can grow in a storage tank that is never cleaned, and the TDS controller drifts. A proper service keeps water safe and makes the membrane last much longer.

FAQ

How often should an RO be serviced?

Every 3 months if your input water has high TDS (above 500) and every 6 months otherwise. Families using more than 20 litres a day should service more often.

Does service include filter change?

A general service includes cleaning, sanitisation and calibration. Filters and membrane are replaced only if they are actually due, and you approve the cost first.
